The raw authenticity and sonic warmth of wood!
Wildwood guitars have been crafted with the utmost care to reproduce the authenticity of the wood's material, and its visual and sonic warmth. The body is carved from paulwonia, a light, resonant and elegantly grained wood. The sturdy, comfortable 5-point screw neck is topped by a 22-fret roasted maple fingerboard, providing comfort and brilliance for your highest-pitched solos. The Eko Steel tremolo features independently adjustable saddles to fine-tune the action and harmonics of each string. Its locking tuners in 4+2 configuration ensures tuning and note stability. The body's natural “roasted” color complements the black hardware. Finally, the satin-finish “open pore” varnish reveals the raw, natural beauty of the grain.
A highly versatile electronic configuration!
In terms of electronics, the Fire 701 Wildwood is equipped with two double-coil pickups. The five-position selector switch expands the range of sounds offered by the instrument's humbuckers. You can play hard rock and metal, but its HH configuration will also surprise you when playing blues or jazz.
Wild, versatile and full of character with its wood and elegant finish, the Fire 701 Wildwood is the instrument with a raw, lively look that connects the guitarist with the vibrant nature of wood.
