The D-1 is Kramer’s premier full-scale electric bass featuring a Mahogany body, Maple neck, and Ebony fingerboard and powered by an active EMG® MMCS™ humbucker and and BTS™ preamp.

The D-1 was inspired by Kramer’s iconic guitars and features a Mahogany body and three-piece bolt-on Maple neck with a back-angled headstock for better sustain. The Ebony fingerboard has a 12" radius, a 34" scale, a 1.68" nut, and no inlays. The D-1 is available in Pearl White and Satin Black.EMG® MMCS™ active humbucker and BTS® preamp
The D-1 bass is powered by an active EMG® MMCS™ humbucker featuring Ceramic magnets, wide bobbins, and a large coil surface that together offer a transparent high end and powerful and articulate low end. The BTS™ preamp includes controls for Volume, Bass, and Treble and includes three internal dipswitch settings for fine-tuning the D-1’s high-end response.Legendary Kramer Hardware
The classic D-1 comes with Kramer’s unbeatable hardware including Kramer Deluxe die-cast machine heads with a 14:1 tuning ratio and a flush mounted fully adjustable bridge.
